This policy governs processing of all personal data provided to TIDAL Music AS and other related Tidal entities (“TIDAL”) via our career.tidal.com website. TIDAL also uses third party application Homerun (https://www.homerun.co). As a user and applicant, please read the below terms and conditions carefully. In order for us to review and select the applicants who are most qualified for TIDAL open positions, we ask all applicants to submit a resume and personal contact details. This will help the recruitment team do a thorough review of your candidacy and allow us to communicate with applicants matching the recruitment requirements.
When submitting this information, we will use it only for the purpose of reviewing the relevance of experience and competence for the TIDAL position. All applications will be reviewed by our Human Resources team and relevant hiring managers across our different offices in Norway and the EEA, as well as in the United States. TIDAL's use of your personal data for this purpose, is based on a legitimate interest, where the interest to recruit employees with relevant experience and competence is not overridden by the data privacy interests of the candidates. TIDAL has ensured that any international transfers of your personal data to affiliated TIDAL U.S. entities for this purpose involve the adequate level of protection for the data being transferred, or otherwise that appropriate safeguards are in place.
Your details will be stored on our third-party site, https://www.homerun.co/. Once we have placed a candidate at TIDAL, we will close the recruitment process and inform all applicants. All applications and personal data collected during the recruitment process, will be deleted no later than 90 days after the end of the recruitment process. If there is a claim or other pressing matter, TIDAL may retain the applicant data for a period longer than set forth above and for a period as determined by TIDAL in accordance with applicable laws.
