What is TIDAL?

Yes, you get a free trial period when you sign up to TIDAL – and you can cancel your account at any time.

Can I use TIDAL on any device?
TIDAL will work on most smartphones, tablets and personal computers. The TIDAL platform also supports a wide range of network players including Sonos, Bluesound, Linn, Auralic, Mirage, Squeezebox, Amarra, McIntosh, Wadia, Electrocompaniet, Meridian and Lode.
Do I have to be online to listen to my music?
No. TIDAL Premium and HiFi both have a feature called Offline Mode, which allows you to download content to your device and play it at any time, even when there is no network available.
Does HiFi work with mobile bandwidth?
HiFi streaming works really well on 4G/LTE networks. We have also had great results streaming over 3G, but if you’re moving quickly, like on a train or in a car, we recommend using offline mode to ensure uninterrupted playback.
How do I cancel my TIDAL subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. In the TIDAL platform go to Settings, click the Subscription Tab and then click the "Update Your Subscription" button. Choose "Subscription" and then select whether you'd like to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription.
