Johnny Orlando is a Canadian singer and social media star who first gained attention posting songs online in the early 2010s. In 2019, he released his debut major-label EP, Teenage Fever.
Born John Vincent Orlando in Ontario in 2003, Orlando began singing at a young age and by his tweens was posting cover videos online. He also posted original songs like "Summertime" and "Never Give Up," and in 2015 issued the independent EP VXIIXI. Buoyed by his growing number of subscribers, he eventually caught the attention of Universal Music Canada, who signed him to a recording contract. In 2019, he released a second EP, Teenage Fever, which included the tracks "Last Summer" and "Sleep." Also that year, he earned a Juno Award nomination for Breakthrough Artist of the Year. ~ Matt Collar
