What if I already have TIDAL but want to sign up for Boost to get a six-month free trial of TIDAL HiFi?
If you’re currently paying with a Credit Card/PayPal:
Contact Boost and sign up.
Once you have signed up, go to my.TIDAL.com and cancel your current subscription.
Head to your TIDAL app and log out — you will then be prompted to accept via Boost.
If you cancel your subscription and do not log out, you will remain on your current TIDAL subscription until the pay period is over, and then you will be prompted to accept via Boost.
If you’re currently paying with Apple Pay:
Contact Boost and sign up.
Cancel your subscription through your Subscriptions in the App Store, then head to Apple iTunes Cancellation & In-App Purchases.
Go to your TIDAL app and log out. You will then be prompted to accept via Boost Ultimate Unlimited.
If I have an existing TIDAL account and want to sign up for a free trial of TIDAL HiFi, will I still get to keep my playlists and Collection?
Yes, if you are currently paying via credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay, please cancel your current method of payment as noted above and contact TIDAL customer service to transfer your existing playlists and Collection to your new account.
I already paid for this month, but was offered a free trial of TIDAL HiFi through Boost. Will I get my money back?
TIDAL subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis and we are unable to offer partial subscriptions. Please make sure to cancel your current TIDAL subscription by going to my.TIDAL.com if you pay via Credit Card/PayPal or through Apple (Apple iTunes Cancellation & In-App Purchases).
What if I already received a six-month trial from Boost. Am I still eligible to get six months of free TIDAL HiFi?
Yes, as long as you are a Boost customer. Once enrolled, you will be automatically converted to a six-month free trial of TIDAL HiFi.
How do I set up my username and password?
Boost customers can use TIDAL on their phone without creating a username and password. If you are interested in using TIDAL on web, desktop, or via other devices (e.g. integrated speakers) — you will need to create your own username and password. Please click this link on how to set-up username and password. We will also prompt you to set up your own username and password after using TIDAL for the second time, but this is not mandatory.
I started using TIDAL HiFi with Boost and forgot to set my username and now I’m logged out. Will I be able to log back in again?
Yes, just have your Boost SIM card in the phone. If you have any issues, please contact Boost.
